(VA) RECAP OF NOVEMBER 9 FCSB MEETING: School Board is Now Accused of being Racist FOR Renaming JEB By Eric Smith 11/11/2017 If the Democrats who dominated the elections on Tuesday hoped that they were on easy street, the November 9 FCSB Meeting proved anything but other. In a strange twist of fate, a video appeared at the school board meeting that accused the school board and name changers as actually being the ones promoting racism, hate, bullying, and injustice. Schoolboard Accused of Racism A shocking video by a concerned citizen named Lee accused the school board and JEB Stuart name changers of repeating falsehoods, distortions, and omitting key facts and misapplying modern judgements to historical figures and events and taking them out of context for political purposes, and in the process promoting racism, hate, and intolerance to those that disagree with them. The video is fascinating as it walks through the history of the American Civil War and includes key facts omitted by name changers and school board who had advanced a different completely misinformed narrative, and revealing a level of ignorance and/or repugnant dishonesty in their quest to achieve a political objective of renaming a school for political purposes. The video also illustrates that the school board’s larger political objective may appear to include erasing history, rather than learning from it, and sweeping out the good, with the bad from historical figures and events. If allowed to continue using their unprincipled technique of propaganda and misinformation, it may allow for the eventual removal from the public display and celebration of such venerated great American leaders of enlightenment such as Washington, Jefferson, Madison, Jackson, and even Lincoln. And if a group of people do not know where they come from, they will not know where they are going. The concerned citizen also shows how the school board used the previous “One Fairfax Resolution” which was rammed through and voted on without sufficient public notification in July 2016, to then become the means for the school board and activists to justify the name change of JEB Stuart. It then shows how opposing students were then allowed to be bullied, threatened, and called derogatory and hateful names in the FCPS with an aim to silence. It finished by opposing the harmful newly proposed “One Fairfax Policy,” which aims to do more of the same. A Dozen JEB Students Speak Out at Injustice High School More and more students are coming out of the wood work to oppose the unjust and unfair name change of JEB Stuart that occurred at the last school board meeting, where the school board disregarded the community voting results to rename the school “Stuart High School,” as the school board itself proposed and endorsed in July. Instead the school board made up in their final vote to rename the school after their own self-created and unwanted name of “Justice High School” (but its better than renaming Sandy Evans High School). A student at JEB named Kurt who claims to be smart enough to be on “Its Academic” went at the school board for disregarding the community results and teaching students that democracy and their voices do not matter in society and teaching that brute power and control does. Another Student named Haseeb then followed him at the 16:46 mark https://youtu.be/c_Q_E565nUs?t=1006 and read to the school board the feedback from a dozen of students currently enrolled n JEB who opposed the renaming from JEB to Justice. Student outrage and comments ranged from: unfairness of allowing bullying and threats, to wasting money, to disillusionment over votes not mattering, unnecessary division and animosity created due to name change, and complete disrespect for the proud identity of unified multicultural community. Unfortunately, the live broadcast showed the student speaker, and not the school board members who had their hands figuratively over their ears. Recall of School Board Member Sandy Evans Announced to Her Face Afterwards the school board figuratively took their hands from off of their ears, and they put it over their eyes as an upset JEB Stuart community member officially announced directly to the face of disgraced school board member Sandy Evans of the new movement to have her recalled for failing to follow existing school policies and regulations and instead imposing her own unwanted will on the community in her school district. Also, it was reported through the grapevine that on Election Day November 7, the group recalling Sandy Evans was out getting petition signatures outside polling places and Sandy herself got wind of the initiative and rushed out to denounce the recall effort in the cold wet rain. As she ran around from place to place getting all wet she argued with upset students, who were said to be smart enough to defend their ideas and beliefs and put her in her place (and give hope to all of the potential quality of future citizens). It should also be known that in a newspaper interview article that appeared, Sandy Evans said she did not think the recall effort would succeed. However, in one week of effort, the recall group is halfway toward getting the signatures required by law. But they need help getting signatures of Mason District voters by at football games, outside metro stations, and at group functions. They also need money for legal fees as they have to get court approval by a judge after collecting the signatures. FCPS School Board Meeting - September 28, 2017Mike asked where is all the racial discrimination as the county is now roughly 50% minority based, and everyone gets along very well, if activists would stop stirring up discontent, and the government would just stop imposing new unfair and costly impositions that prod the public into anger. He also asked if the problems are so bad as they believe they are, then why don’t they fix all the existing programs aimed at preventing such problems. Lastly he questioned where all the millions in new money is going to come from for their quest for equity and are they going to increase class sizes more or lower teacher salaries? He then asked that they put prohibitions on the new policy to ensure no discriminating against high achievers and merit (and quotas), ensure males are not allowed into female bathrooms and locker rooms, and that students are continued to be disciplined appropriately. Another mom named Helen spoke in opposition to the harmful One Fairfax Policy, which includes social equity programs and policies for sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) at the 29:05 mark https://youtu.be/c_Q_E565nUs?t=1746 . She pointed out to the school board that Gender Identity is really a medical condition called Gender Dysphoria, and that the school must be careful not to infringe on the rights of opposing parents and students, or they could face not only lawsuits, but possible criminal charges. Her speech was important as there was a FCPS teacher who spoke and said he believed it was his job to enable a confused person to feel comfortable with imposing their harmful false reality on the rest of the world. Its disturbing to learn that the FCPS teacher was so flagrant and open in his misguided but harmful ambition, implying that a series of lawsuits may be needed very soon in order to stop this child abuse and disregard for parents rights. America the Land of Opportunity and Freedom A mother named Alice who works 15 hour days spoke of her pride in installing work ethic in her children. Her story which can be watched at the 36:15 mark https://youtu.be/c_Q_E565nUs?t=2175 and is refreshing that as a Chinese-American immigrant she had to start with nothing, but relished the freedom and opportunity to pursue her dreams if she worked hard. She describes the hardships she endured and the rewards that came with hardwork from overcoming diversions and obstacles set in the path along the way. She also is very concerned that the One Fairfax Policy aims to punish and deter hard work, high achievement, merit, and excellence to instead redistribute wealth, resources, opportunity, and prosperity for being in a preferred politically popular group. Lastly, it should be mentioned that Alice is like most parents who are working overtime and struggling to find time to fight the school board, but she contributes when she can. She realizes that there is no cavalry coming to the rescue, and that we must work together to reclaim our schools and communities on behalf of our children and the future. Do not be discouraged by recent election losses, as we have not really mobilized on mass scale with our new movement of reasserting truth, patriotism, responsibility, and prosperity, so one cannot expect a different outcome when the macro does more of the same and gets the same results. TRUE SAD STORY OF LOCAL CITIZEN NAMED JEB STUART Here is the truth About the JEB Stuart name. Every Day the name Jeb Stuart, influences my life. I am Jeb Stuart, in the last 55+ years each day I am Addressed as Jeb Stuart. In the last 55+ years here is my experience having the name. Never has anyone thought negatively about the name or me until Political Agenda Based individuals have made an issue out it in the last 18 months. I attended both Pace University, and then NYU in Manhattan for Graduate Studies. Never did anyone treat me any different nor have a preconceived idea about me because of my name. I have been elected to public office several times, in a Yankee State, lol. I have worked for one of the largest Banks in the USA, My name did not matter. I have done business with federally elected Officials, Professional Athletes, and other Celebrities. My name was not a factor. I promote my business and my Name in the area of JEB Stuart High School, and have had many minority clients. They choose to work with me. Any Documents originated from me, always cleary stated Jeb Stuart on top, and the name never had any negative influence. Now due to some Made up stories, I have hate directed at me, hate calls, internet trolling, called a traitor, etc. I do not mind dealing with ignorant people slandering me, quite Frankly, I just Sue. You may have noticed several very vocal people have withdrawn. I have always been the one that wanted to help the underdog; The Students at JEB Stuart High School are the underdogs in many ways when looking at the Fairfax School system itself. They should be instilled with the spirit of anything is possible, and never give up instead of being used as pawns trying to divide a community for the personal short term agenda of a vocal few. Lies and Fantasy appear to be the Reality of the day. This Name Change is all about money and Political Motivations. Do not be misguided due to the Personal Agenda of a few. (VA) STOPPING THE CULTURAL CLEANSING OF FAIRFAX COUNTY - SUMMARY OF JULY 13, 2017 FCSB MEETING The July 13, 2017 Fairfax County School Board (FCSB) Meeting was noted by the public participation portion of the meeting that was completely dominated by speakers debating whether to change the 60 year old name of JEB Stuart High School, including six fantastic JEB Stuart "Name Keepers" who illustrated what a waste of money and misplaced priorities the school board has, and how corrupt and broken the processes are run by the FCSB led by Chairman Sandy "Mao" Evans who has demonstrated from FOIAs obtained to appear to be colluding with activist groups and giving them special privileges. The school board meeting was also noted for the first appearance of the new school superintendent Dr. Brabrand who started his new job this week, as well as the late night revelation of what appears to be a secret "slush" fund of 8 million dollars of year end money that has magically become available a month after the school board increased class rooms sizes and imposed numerous student fees for sports and student testing. FCPS School Board Meeting - July 13, 2017 The JEB Stuart Chinese-American Connection Of the public speakers, the one that was the most startling was a Chinese-American named Mike who has two children in the schools and appears at the 13:20 minute mark of the video. Mike stated that he is against wasting ten(s) of millions of dollars on school name changes when there are so many more pressing needs in the schools, including reducing class sizes, increasing teacher salaries, improving facilities, and ensuring students are given the skills and education to compete and succeed in the global economy. He also stated he was disappointed that activists are resurrecting a civil war fought 150 years ago and opening old wounds, who's outcome not only restored the Union and freed the slaves of the North and South, but resulted in years of reconciliation and healing that lead to a stronger and better and more unified country. For it was President Lincoln who set this tone after the South was defeated and right before his death where he asked the newly re-united country to move forward with "Malice towards None." Looks like the school board wants to set the Nation back 150 years with "Malice towards JEB." Mike then then stated that his home country of China had 5,000 years of brutal and oppressive rulers and slavery, and yet their legacies were interweaved into the cultures and character of the people until the brutal communists came into prominence in the mid-20th century and instituted "cultural cleansing" causing people to lose their identity and hope. For if a people do not know their past, they cannot understand the present, nor be able to plan for the future. Lastly Mike presented a resolution to the school board to prohibit costly and unnecessary school name changes anywhere in the county, including slavery related high schools in Fairfax County including Robert E. Lee, Mount Vernon, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, Fairfax, Chantilly, and Langley. The resolution has the endorsements of former Congressman Tom Davis, former school board members, numerous local parents groups, taxpayer watchdog groups, key former alumni, authors, and a growing list of other prominent citizens. He also raised attention to a petition submitted by another county resident demanding school board members Sandy Evans and Patty Hynes recuse themselves immediately from the name change vote for appearing to engage in wrongful, unfair, and unethical behaviors resulting in conflicts of interests and compromised processes, or face possible legal action. Another speaker named Andre chimed in at the 20:25 minute mark that he has nothing against changing the name, but he expects a fair and ethical process, which he and others have documented as simply not being the case, when 90% of the student population at JEB Stuart wants to keep the name or sees no compelling need to change the name and numerous school board members appear to be directly and secretly working with national special interest groups to rig the decision. 47 Teachers have Left JEB Stuart High School in the Last Year A former JEB alumni Matt spoke at the 27:00 mark and may have stumbled upon the most scandalous news of the night in that he reported 47 out of the 180 teachers and staff at JEB Stuart High School have left in the last year. His source for the high turnover of teachers at JEB tries to portray the massive exodus as due to unaffordable housing, but when more than 25% of the staff leaves at a rate 65% above the national average it does make one wonder if its also influenced by the meltdown over divisive school name changes, stagnant teacher salaries, larger class sizes, students and teachers being called "Hitler" for opposing the NAACP activists, infestations of rats and cockroaches, and school board's mismanagement. Even if its not a scandal, its an embarrassing high number and indicates a severe problem being neglected in the school, and possibly elsewhere. After Matt spoke, a Latino named Christian spoke on the stellar character and accomplishments of military soldier and general JEB Stuart and how all that is needed to appreciate JEB is to educate, not eradicate. (FYI, JEB Stuart High School is comprised of 50% Latino, 25% White, 15% Asian, and 10% Black, and has received celebrated recognition over the decades as a model community for minority and ethnic integration and harmony, at least until the name change poison was introduced two years ago by national activist groups (who some have accused as using it as a fund raising scheme). The last speaker was Hugh Stuart who is a descending relative of JEB Stuart, and does not seem anything like a white supremacist hitler KKK segregationist racist neo-confederate the opposition likes to label and call their opponents, for as a taxpayer he just wonders where the ten(s) of millions of dollars is going to come from to change all the politically incorrect school names in the county which traces back to the early formation of the country.
