Date: Jul 30, 2017 8:37 AM Did you hear what happened at the School Board last Thursday? Grab a cup of coffee and read the highly-entertaining report from a fellow conservative activist parent below. (It's off the record, don't forward injudiciously.) We have a special election on August 29 to fill Jeannette Hough's vacant seat on the Fairfax County School Board. As you likely know, over 50% of your property taxes goes into the pockets of these 9 asylum-escapees (and 2 sane persons). Please vote early if you'll be out of town, and remind your Republican friends and neighbors to do the same. Tell them this will be a low-turnout election so we have a good chance of winning if our voters show up. (The Democrats are furious that the seat will be filled in this special election. Heh-heh.)
Vote by mail now: To vote absentee by mail, request an absentee ballot here. Once received, complete your ballot and place in mail no later than Friday, August 25th to reach the elections board by election day, August 29th! Absentee voting in person now: You can vote early in person at the Government Center on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; Thursday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and on Saturday, August 26th 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, located at: 12000 Government Center Pkwy., Fairfax, VA 22035. Vote on August 29th: Lovely weather planned for a big win on the 29th! Email all of your Fairfax County friends and tell them about this important election. p.s. Apologies to those who've received this message twice; I'm now captain of Northpoint precinct and some of you are on my Northpoint email list. RECAP OF JULY 27 FCSB MEETING: HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF (JEB STUART KILLED BY A CLASSMATE)
The July 27 FCSB Meeting was surreal, but predictable as the 7 hard core cultural marxists and 2 gutless abstainers all voted to change the JEB Stuart High School, after 100,000 graduates, highest diversity rate in Fairfax, zero reported race related incidences in decades, and 90% of the students polled recently wanting to keep the name or did not see a compelling need to change it. The video of the full meeting can be watched here at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M20S98ndwkA .
MEDIA CIRCUS AND SCHOOL BOARD HUMILIATED
While the vote to change the school name may not have been stopped, the citizens and parents fighting against the corrupt and out of control school board have not stopped. In fact, the school board should be very concerned because the name keepers fighting the nonsense held a very interesting press conference an hour before the school board meeting where they invited Union and Confederate Civil War reenactors, a man who's real name is Jeb Stuart, a professor with expertise on the harm of school name changes, and an African American Alumni who loves alma mater.
The press had a field day interviewing all the passionate Name Keepers. The only thing better was the sad and perplexed faces of the opposition that trinkled in with their Blue Shirts thinking they were going to dominate the proceedings. Of the press interviews, the citizen named Jeb Stuart told the sad story that he has had a local business for 30 years and never had anybody mention anything about his birth name ever until 2 years ago (when the name change activists started), and then all of a sudden some people in the community started calling him hatefilled and derogatory names and started sending him hate mail.
But thats how nasty some of these activists are. Toward the end of the news conference, one of the Union Civil War reenactors started playing a civil war song with her flute, and all the press swarmed over to her to film it. One of the seething rabid snarling female activist with drooling fangs then came over and barged into an interview a reporter was doing, and started to pick an argument with the Union soldier so as to get on television. My my, bad manners to say the least.
While the press conference and circus was highly effective and entertaining, the only problem was that it was not broadcasted in time to influence the school board's decision. However, it did go far into illustrating their hypocrisy and ignorance.
THE JEB SPEAKERS STEAM ROLL THE SCHOOL BOARD
The first speaker of the night at the 7:20 minute mark was an African American and US Army Officer named Nick, who at the 7:20 minute mark stated that he was "Proud to have gone to JEB Stuart," and he never saw or felt any racial discrimination ever while enrolled in the highly diverse school which is comprised of 75% minorities from 80 different countries. He also stated he specialized in history and told the school board he had no problems with the Confederate Officer JEB Stuart, and suggested others study him and the civil war more, as well as the state of Virginia (which he is also proud of). He next said they only thing he finds offensive is people telling him what to be offended of, and that he is nobody's victim. Lastly, he said "Go Raiders." (to which the opposition cringed at hearing the violent words)
What was then hillarous to find, is that the opposition had 7 speakers that had committed themselves to written scripts about how African Americans are oppressed at JEB Stuart, and all of them were WHITE SJWs (telling people of colored how to react to old historic names).
While that's hard to top, the third speaker named Joe at the 14:45 minute mark introduced the Virginia Rifles, which is a civil war reenactment group that volunteers to help educate the Civil War in Fairfax County. He was dressed in Confederate Uniform and said he has been doing this for 35 years, including going to Fairfax County Schools, and would like to volunteer to help go to JEB Stuart and other schools.
A Union soldier dressed in Blue named Keturah then spoke and told the school board we all know that the Union won, but the school board and opposition is acting like reconciliation after the war never occurred, and trying to continue to punish the South (for fun). She then quoted from a Pennsylvania Governor of the times, who praised, respected, and honored his Southern brothers whom he had battled against in the Civil War and said that to move forward and progress as a nation, we need each other. Apparently, not in 2017.
At teh 29:00 minute mark an Attorney named Kip said that he had just filed a "Court Hold" on the school board and school system to hold onto all related papers, proceedings, letters, and emails, implying that his clients may have something in store in the future. He then reminded the school board that their greatest duty is to see that they engage in good governance, fair treatment of others, and follow the rules and procedures. Unfortunately he did not bring a dictionary, because its pretty obvious the school board does not know the meaning of these words.
Denise, the leader of the Name Keepers (at Stuartfacts.com) next spoke and she drilled the school board on corruption of process and continual unethical behavior. She also scolded them on the jury rigging of the motion, as well as creating a poorly defined name change decision criteria which is based on undefined terms like "compelling need" and "signifcant number of students" (while ignoring the 90% of the students that see no compelling need to change, which is significantly larger than 10% who want to change the name).
VIDEOS MAY WIN AN OSCAR
The four JEB videos start at the 42:00 minute mark, and Matt presents first that the school board has been presented with any empirical data that changing school names helps any students succeed better (while a professor has shown that school name changes can actually be very harmful and detrimental to student psyche and academic performance). He also stated that by their current name change criteria they must also rename nearby Robert E. Lee High School (and with a slight move of the goal post, any and all other 30 schools in the county with associations with slavery). Lastly he embarrassed the school board for not caring about the hundreds of dollars in new team spirit wear the parents and students must absorb (with 67% of the students in the school in poverty). Selective empathy?
A West Point graduate named Charles presented an amazing video explaining in detail how and why JEB Stuart is an American Hero, including revealing that if JEB Stuart had stayed in the Union instead of resigning he would have been tasked with the possibility of fighting against and killing his own family, neighbors, and friends in Virginia. Instead he decided to defend them with honor, after Lincoln called up 75,000 troops to suppress the capturing of Fort Sumter, and the Virginia governor refused to comply which lead to Virginia seceding and Lincoln then invading Virginia.
Laurel then providing an amazing video on JEB Stuart and Duty, Honor, and Country from his days at West Point, and then lampooned the school board for claiming "moral need" to change the school name. The irony was that celebrated Hollywood producer and JEB Stuart Alumni and Oscar award winning producer Bruce Cohen followed her video, saying that he was ashamed of JEB Stuart High School (but not ashamed of the giant cow-lick bouncing off the side of his head during the video). Cohen said he will help lead the fund raising to offset the costs of name changing, even though he has never offered and time or money to the school to help raise the quality of education or conditions of his alma mater school.
The last video pretty much summarizes all the corruption, violation of process, unethical behavior, lies, and distortions, and just plain bad judgment and irresponsibility of the school to spend one million dollars on a school name change, and set a terrible precedent to change 30 more schools in the area based on nothing more than emotional impulse for a cost of roughly 20 million dollars. Next up, the local high schools Robert E. Lee, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, Mount Vernon, Fairfax, Chantilly and Langley. There were teachers in the audience who were on the agenda for another topic, but must have wondered if they'll ever get a pay increase again or if class sizes will ever go down.
UNDERSTAND JEB STUART WAS SCAMMED
Despite 90% of the students wanting to keep the name or seeing no compelling need, and a cost of up to one million dollars, the School Board then proceeded to vote to change 9 to 2. Kaufax and Maclaughlin were cowards and abstained when they saw that they could not stop the name change (so count them as a vote to change on election day). The historic irony of the deed that has been done is that JEB Stuart was killed in action towards the end of the Civil War by his classmate at West Point (Sheridan), as history repeats itself 150 years later as a handful of classmates killed the good 60 year history and heritage of 100,000 proud graduates of JEB Stuart High School.
What happened? Understand that JEB Stuart's community was scammed. This JEB Stuart name change was a fraud perpetrated by a handful of activists working with several different national special interest groups and colluding with Sandy Evans and Patty Hynes.
- ignores the popular will and rights of 90% of the student population who were happy - 35,000 signatures on a petition, mostly from out of state and county, and misrepresented to look like it was local - exaggerated claims and offenses, while no formal complaints documented anywhere - Repeated falsehoods, distortions, and omission of data required for an informed public and decision making - Demagoguery, intimidation, threats - Misrepresentation of minorities - Routine violation of processes, regulations, policies, and law - Collusion, special privileges, insider manipulation - etc
Like an unsuspecting person on a vacation with a fat wallet ripe for pick pocketing, they targeted JEB Stuart as low hanging fruit and to build a beach head. Mission accomplished. Even the shirts the organized opposition wear state "change the name" and are efficiently reusable for more school name changes to come (Just like the 10,000 FOIAs obtained revealed)
The school board members who went along with the scam made their calculated decisions based on the public historically demonstrating that they are not paying attention or caring, and no one ever holds anybody accountable.

(VA) STOPPING THE CULTURAL CLEANSING OF FAIRFAX COUNTY - SUMMARY OF JULY 13, 2017 FCSB MEETING The July 13, 2017 Fairfax County School Board (FCSB) Meeting was noted by the public participation portion of the meeting that was completely dominated by speakers debating whether to change the 60 year old name of JEB Stuart High School, including six fantastic JEB Stuart "Name Keepers" who illustrated what a waste of money and misplaced priorities the school board has, and how corrupt and broken the processes are run by the FCSB led by Chairman Sandy "Mao" Evans who has demonstrated from FOIAs obtained to appear to be colluding with activist groups and giving them special privileges.
The school board meeting was also noted for the first appearance of the new school superintendent Dr. Brabrand who started his new job this week, as well as the late night revelation of what appears to be a secret "slush" fund of 8 million dollars of year end money that has magically become available a month after the school board increased class rooms sizes and imposed numerous student fees for sports and student testing. FCPS School Board Meeting - July 13, 2017
The JEB Stuart Chinese-American Connection
Of the public speakers, the one that was the most startling was a Chinese-American named Mike who has two children in the schools and appears at the 13:20 minute mark of the video. Mike stated that he is against wasting ten(s) of millions of dollars on school name changes when there are so many more pressing needs in the schools, including reducing class sizes, increasing teacher salaries, improving facilities, and ensuring students are given the skills and education to compete and succeed in the global economy.
He also stated he was disappointed that activists are resurrecting a civil war fought 150 years ago and opening old wounds, who's outcome not only restored the Union and freed the slaves of the North and South, but resulted in years of reconciliation and healing that lead to a stronger and better and more unified country. For it was President Lincoln who set this tone after the South was defeated and right before his death where he asked the newly re-united country to move forward with "Malice towards None." Looks like the school board wants to set the Nation back 150 years with "Malice towards JEB."
Mike then then stated that his home country of China had 5,000 years of brutal and oppressive rulers and slavery, and yet their legacies were interweaved into the cultures and character of the people until the brutal communists came into prominence in the mid-20th century and instituted "cultural cleansing" causing people to lose their identity and hope. For if a people do not know their past, they cannot understand the present, nor be able to plan for the future.
Lastly Mike presented a resolution to the school board to prohibit costly and unnecessary school name changes anywhere in the county, including slavery related high schools in Fairfax County including Robert E. Lee, Mount Vernon, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, Fairfax, Chantilly, and Langley. The resolution has the endorsements of former Congressman Tom Davis, former school board members, numerous local parents groups, taxpayer watchdog groups, key former alumni, authors, and a growing list of other prominent citizens. Everyday citizens who want to sign the petition may do so at https://www.change.org/p/fairfax-county-school-board-prohibit-unnecessary-and-costly-renaming-of-public-schools-in-fairfax-county-virginia?recruiter=44540875&utm_source=share_petition&utm_medium=copylink&utm_campaign=share_petition
More School Board Members Insinuated in Scandals and Unethical Behaviors
Vince, who was another "Name Keeper," spoke at the 10:00 minute mark and basically said its an insult to all the other students who went to JEB Stuart and graduated from the school over the past 60 years (including thousands of Black Americans) who were proud of their school and never had any issues or problems with its name until a handful of recent students started muckraking the past to further their own political agendas. He also raised attention to a petition submitted by another county resident demanding school board members Sandy Evans and Patty Hynes recuse themselves immediately from the name change vote for appearing to engage in wrongful, unfair, and unethical behaviors resulting in conflicts of interests and compromised processes, or face possible legal action.
Another speaker named Andre chimed in at the 20:25 minute mark that he has nothing against changing the name, but he expects a fair and ethical process, which he and others have documented as simply not being the case, when 90% of the student population at JEB Stuart wants to keep the name or sees no compelling need to change the name and numerous school board members appear to be directly and secretly working with national special interest groups to rig the decision.
47 Teachers have Left JEB Stuart High School in the Last Year
A former JEB alumni Matt spoke at the 27:00 mark and may have stumbled upon the most scandalous news of the night in that he reported 47 out of the 180 teachers and staff at JEB Stuart High School have left in the last year. His source for the high turnover of teachers at JEB tries to portray the massive exodus as due to unaffordable housing, but when more than 25% of the staff leaves at a rate 65% above the national average it does make one wonder if its also influenced by the meltdown over divisive school name changes, stagnant teacher salaries, larger class sizes, students and teachers being called "Hitler" for opposing the NAACP activists, infestations of rats and cockroaches, and school board's mismanagement. Even if its not a scandal, its an embarrassing high number and indicates a severe problem being neglected in the school, and possibly elsewhere.
After Matt spoke, a Latino named Christian spoke on the stellar character and accomplishments of military soldier and general JEB Stuart and how all that is needed to appreciate JEB is to educate, not eradicate. (FYI, JEB Stuart High School is comprised of 50% Latino, 25% White, 15% Asian, and 10% Black, and has received celebrated recognition over the decades as a model community for minority and ethnic integration and harmony, at least until the name change poison was introduced two years ago by national activist groups (who some have accused as using it as a fund raising scheme).
The last speaker was Hugh Stuart who is a descending relative of JEB Stuart, and does not seem anything like a white supremacist hitler KKK segregationist racist neo-confederate the opposition likes to label and call their opponents, for as a taxpayer he just wonders where the ten(s) of millions of dollars is going to come from to change all the politically incorrect school names in the county which traces back to the early formation of the country. He then asked specifically if the school board would be willing to give up each of their salaries to change the school names?
Upcoming Events - The decision and fate of JEB Stuart’s name will be at the 7pm Thursday July 27 FCSB Meeting at Luther Jackson Middle School. Please contact school board members and let them know where you stand on this costly, divisive, and unnecessary school renaming effort, which approved establishes a dangerous precedent for renaming schools across the county. Their contact information may be found at https://www.fcps.edu/school-board/school-board-members .

Chris Grisafe Announces Run for Fairfax County School Board At-Large Seat Veteran & national security professional seeks to “protect excellence in FCPS”

FAIRFAX, VA, May 31, 2017 –
Chris Grisafe has announced he is running for the Fairfax County School Board at-Large position for the upcoming special election to be held this summer. The date of the special election, which has not yet been determined, will be set by the Chief Judge of the Circuit Court in accordance with Virginia law. The seat is currently held by Jeanette Hough, who was elected in 2015, and will be vacated as of May 31, 2017. Hough has announced she must leave the School Board position governing Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) as a result of her husband's service. The family is being transferred overseas. A national security professional and veteran, Grisafe said he's running because "I want to protect the excellence in Fairfax County Public Schools." With a special election taking place in the summer, Grisafe will focus on reaching out to voters during a time when most Fairfax County residents are not thinking about returning to the voting booth. "FCPS must continue to provide a high quality education that prepares all students for the modern workforce, higher education, and the pursuit of responsible citizenship,” added Grisafe, who also serves as a volunteer advisor and mentor to college students. Having tragically lost his mother early in life, "I cannot overstate the importance and influence of the many teachers and mentors who have been consequential guide posts in my life," said Grisafe. "I know personally how important it is to empower and educate our students so they can lead successful and meaningful lives." Among the nation’s largest school systems, Fairfax County Public Schools has been ground zero for social and academic experimentation. "A local school board's emphasis must be on the students," Grisafe added regarding his desire to run. Talking from personal experience, he said he was greatly influenced by dedicated teachers and mentors to succeed in community college, serve in the U.S. Coast Guard, graduate from Loyola Marymount University and earn an MBA from Virginia Tech. “It is imperative that we keep FCPS focused on its primary mission – to provide a high-quality education,” said Grisafe. The current School Board’s May 25th vote to balance the budget for the next fiscal year by increasing class size is just one example of why “Fairfax County needs an at-Large School Board Member who will insist on evidence-based data in its decisions to benefit all of our students.” Prioritizing rigor in the curriculum, workforce and college readiness means “the School Board must focus on good metrics, eliminating redundancy and encouraging efficiency,” said Grisafe "to enable FCPS to allocate our precious resources where they are needed most - for our teachers and our students in the classroom.” Parents and community members have often been frustrated with by the School Board’s focus on issues other than student academic achievement. Fairfax County voters overwhelmingly rejected a Meals Tax Referendum last November which was advertised ostensibly to add the tax, in part at least, for education needs. "I will approach policy matters with an open mind and seek to understand issues with compassion," said Grisafe. "Still, the focus must always be on the merits those issues and the data to support good decision-making." Once the date of the special election is set by the court, Fairfax County residents will elect the new at-Large School Board Member to serve the balance of Hough’s term, which ends in November 2019. All registered voters in Fairfax County are able to vote for an at-Large candidate.
